Introduction post!

I thought today I would post a little 'intro' about who I am. It always helps to know whose blog you are reading!

I'm Stephanie. I'm a 20 year old college student, and I still don't know 100% what I am going to do with my life. But lately I have thought about Journalism or being an Elementary school teacher. I still live with my parents in a small town in the heart of Michigan.

I am a total bookworm and am addicted to reading and buying too many books. My shelves are literally overflowing with books that are waiting to be read. I have many pen pals and I take it pretty seriously and always consider my pen pals to be some of my closest friends.

My life mostly consists of writing college papers, blogging, reading, writing letters to pen pals, helping take care of my nieces, and drooling over dresses I cannot afford.

I have absolutely no seasonal fashion sense. I wear mostly dresses and PJs year round. I have one pair of jeans if I absolutely need to wear pants, but I have a lot of t shirts that I may start wearing over dresses once in a while.

I would like my life to consist more of traveling, shopping, and concerts.

I enjoy everything autumn, thunderstorms, reading, vintage 1920's-1950's, and sleeping.

I have a boyfriend named Brad. I call him Bradford most of the time when I write about him. We have been dating 9 months (tomorrow!) and I have never been happier. He is such a great boyfriend, even if he wont admit it. He does so many sweet things for me, and even if he doesn't like it, he puts up with my huge crush on Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He does the cutest little things for me, like collecting autumn leaves since I have no trees by my house, buying me my favorite candy bar once in a while, and once when I was in class, I messaged him about a book I just looked up and might buy, he bought it for me and surprised me with it when he picked me up. The list could go on!

He has sucked it up and gone to see CATS (the musical) with me, and he has sucked me into playing Call of Duty with him. He helps me cook when I'm not fast enough to cook two or more things at once.

I only mention him now, because he will be in 95% of my blog posts.

I am also a cat lady! Ever since I was in middle school my friends told me that I would be the old lady with a bunch of cats. Nice friends, huh? But I can't deny it anymore, I probably will be.
Here are my babies!

Quinn- He is the youngest cat (5 years old) and very much MY cat as he wont let anyone else touch him (except Bradford!). He is also very much a cuddler. He is also shy, and very quiet. Kind of like me.

Draco- yes, like Draco Malfoy. He is 8 years old. He is seriously the dumbest, most ungraceful cat I have ever seen, but he is so funny. And he is in love with Bradford.

Nirvana- She is 12 years old and lives outside. She doesn't like any of the other pets, but she is the sweetest little girl when she isn't by them. She was a stray when we found her, so she has always been an outdoor cat. The only time she comes inside is when it is very cold out, and she will normally just camp out in my room, away from everyone else.

We have other pets, (dogs and hamster/gerbil) but these little guys/gal are mine.

This is basically me in a nutshell.

Sunday Night before class.

Hello everyone!

Today I ended up sleeping in very, VERY late and got a late start on my paper that is due Wednesday. Honestly, I tried working on it all day and still couldn't get it all the way done. Thank goodness I still have two more days to do it.

Also today I joined a couple of pen pal projects, and I am really excited about them. I love pen pals and sending packages, and I used to get at least 3 letters a week, but it has severely slowed down. So I figured a few more wouldn't ever hurt! Plus, who doesn't love to get letters in the mail? Or packages?!

Right now I am in bed with my number one fuzz ball (my cat Quinn) watching Nick at Nite.

Tomorrow, the plan is to go to class then stop at target and find some warm shoes for the season! My flats are just too thin and my toes get so cold!

Saturday Night at the Theater!

Today, my boyfriend Bradford and I went to the movies (much like we do almost every weekend).

This weekend we went to see:

Case 39

I checked online before we left to see what kind of reviews it was getting. Negative. That kind of disappointed  me, as Brad had wanted to see this movie for a couple weeks. But we went anyways.

I'll be completely honest. This movie FREAKED me out! It even creeped out Brad, and this guy rarely ever gets creeped out by movies. At least he hasn't in the 9 months we have been dating. It was one of those movies where I kept having to look away from the screen every once in a while, and where there were people jumping and a lady behind me kept letting out little gasps, haha.  I'm so happy we went to see it because it is probably one of the better horror/thriller movies I have seen in a while, and it doesn't deserve the negative reviews it has been getting.

I wont give anything away, for anyone who happens to read this and is thinking about going to see it, but I WILL say that it is worth the money, at least in my opinion.

What movie(s) have you seen lately that you love or hated? What movie would you love to see?

What I want, You've got...

Hello everyone! Welcome to my new blog! It is still in the works, as I am still trying to get a hold of how this site works. But I will still be using my LiveJournal! This is just something else to help motivate me to not loose my interest in blogging.

Today is the first day of October, the first day of my favorite month of the year. And it is also the first time it actually FEELS like autumn. I am so excited!

Pumpkin seeds, yellow, orange, and brown leaves, hoodies, apple orchards, cider, hayrides, haunted houses, Halloween, scary movies...everything!

Who wouldn't be excited?!
